    • YES, IT IS REQUIRED – As of last year, this has become a mandate of the national baseball governing bodies for youth organizations compliance. Sadly, USA Premier Baseball had a coach playing with us for 7 years and we were approached as he had Child Molestation convictions and an open case across three states. Our baseball insurance and fields are requiring us to ensure all staff and volunteers have background checks.
  • COMPLIANCE – RETURNING TO PLAY– In this new environment, there is the reality of heightened requirements and compliance regarding liability:
    • COVID-19 safety concerns outlined by State of California, Orange County, City of Irvine and youth organizations. Therefore, it is imperative to comply with the USA Premier Baseball RETURN TO PLAY PROTOCOLS as the City of Irvine will enforce removal of any team or anyone not in compliance. This not only impacts your team from every playing in Irvine again, but also directly impacts USA Premier Baseball not to be able to conduct business in Irvine. This is significant and we trust you and appreciate your strict adherence to make sure we are all able to play baseball in this changing world. – THANK YOU!
