 1) * UPDATE SCORES IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE GAME - Coaches Dugout is the official area to update scores and have real time standings show. It is the winning team’s responsibility to update the scores immediate after the game or be considered a loss if not done. If there are any concerns, please contact me prior to the tournament.  Also recommend to use iScore so fans / scouts can follow and see afterwards

2) Team Insurance, Birth Certificates and Medical Releases - Each Coach is responsible to able to produce the required documentation for their team upon request as needed.  For those teams needing insurance, we can provide for $175 and is good for a year where ever you play.  Just let us know.

3) Updated Tournament Rules - Be sure to read the Tournament Terms and Conditions, Eligibility for Championship Bracket, Rules, etc. Pls ensure awareness/compliance with various items as they may cause ineligibility for championship bracket – no exceptions. – We will NOT be following-up with teams, therefore coaches need to take full responsibility. Thank you for your understanding and support.  Note:  This is a Wood Bat Tournament - All types of “wood” bats are acceptable.

ROSTERS DUE - Visibility for College Coaches & MLB Scouts – Sending emails to 3,000 on these different dates - Use the Coaches Dugout
- WEDNESDAY JUNE 11 – INITIAL ROSTER
- WEDNESDAY June 18 – Refined Roster
- WEDNESDAY June 25 – Submitted full roster – Must have roster in the system or be INELIGIBLE for Playoffs —- Can Update throughout tournament
1) OPEN Roster - No Player Limit - CAN UPDATE THROUGHOUT tournament - Want to get visibility to as many players as possible
2) Player Age = Age on or before May 1st, e.g., turned 17 on May 2nd, can play 16U (more info at bottom)
3) Share Across DIFFERENT Age Levels Teams - CAN have player on DIFFERENT age level teams – CANNOT share WITHIN SAME age level teams e.g., a 16 year old can be on an 17u team AND a 16u team, however, can NOT be on two different 16u teams.
4) Player Roster Info: 
      - Player Contact Info - Please provide as you can use to email or text the players – We DO NOT share contact info with ANYONE – Recruiters will only be able to access Head Coaches through a form.
 - Indicate top 0 to 3 top prospect per team - shown ONLY to the College Coaches and Scouts in the subscription based Recruitment Center
5) PLAYOFF ELIGIBILITY - Rosters must be added by Wednesday June 25th or team will beINELIGIBLE for Playoff – NO EXCEPTIONS
6) College Coaches and Scouts - Will be sending out emails to 3,000 College Coaches and Scouts before and during tournament – Please keep updated
7) Recommendation - Print updated Rosters and put in fence for each game for the College Coaches and Scouts. Thank you!
